Weight loss tips from FitTV

On a FitTV there is a list of tips for losing your weight. Many people are looking at an infrared sauna for benefits it can provide for weight loss, but actually, it is more easily and effective just to consciously drop some bad eating habits and develop healthy ones. This list of tips will be helpful not only for those who want to lose weight but to all who want to eat healthy to live a healthy life. Here is some tips from this list:

  • Eat slowly
  • Be aware that you are actually eating – chew each bite 25-50 times
  • Plan to eat some meals alone (there is a tendency to overeat in social situations)
  • Never skip a meal
  • Never go to the grocery store hungry
  • Be more active!

My favorite one is “Never go to the grocery store hungry”.

    Thanks for sharing this nice blog. I believe reducing carb intake and doing aerobic exercises are keys to successful weight loss.
