Ive been all over trying many wood infrared saunas….this is my finding….
That the infrared using the pure concave ceramic heaters allowed me to
sweat more and I did not get the frizzy dried hair or burnt out look after i got out.
I felt refreshed. The tube like heaters which are ceramic and maybe sand filled…
they really dried me out. I also have experienced visual problems after
using sauna for straight daily sessions of half an hour for a few days.
I dont know if I had the heat too high, or I just was detoxing, but my eyes
became very blurred and strained, even though I covered my eyes.
So I am going to try the tent version and see if I dont get blurry eyes

Susan,
Thank you for sharing this. From what I know, response to infrared sauna vary from one person to another. If you can, please write about your experience with tent sauna later.
